Sec1s do not need to come
Speech day rehearsal:
You are dismissed from lessons & remedial at 2.30 (if you have not had your lunch period, please eat and be back by 3.00 latest)
Please come down immediately to the band rm
2.30-2.45: set up
2.45-3.05: SLs divide section:
-help perc and tubass up
-chair ICs bring chairs from back of hall to stage (please leave some space for perc/tubass to shift in first, and remember to set up behind the curtains)
-stand ICs bring stands up
-bring instruments and files up
(Please do not bring up anything unnecessary eg: water bottles)
Once you are done with your duties, please help perc/tubass/anyone else in need, no one should be standing around doing nothing
3.05-3.20: warmup if time allows (lesson 5,7,9)
Ppl receiving awards pls go for prize winners briefing at 3.10pm.
3.20: rehearsal starts (fanfare, school song, frozen)
After rehearsal, SLs divide section:
-Chair ICs bring chairs to back of hall
-Stand ICs bring stands back to FM
-help perc/tubass shift down
-bring instruments/files down to band rm/
FM
If you are done with your duty, please help perc/tubass/anyone else in need of help
After moving everything down:pack up+debrief, then dismissed
Prize winners will go for their own rehearsal after band's rehearsal
