Main band schedule:
Sec2,3,4s are dismissed at 2.30
2.30-2.45: set up/change into band skirt+court shoes (labelled) you can also change before coming down to band room,
2.45-3.00: SLs divide section:
-Chair ICs bring chairs form back of hall to set up on stage
-Stand ICs bring stands on stage
-Help percussion/tubass set up on stage
and lastly, bring up instruments and files on stage (please refrain from bringing any uneccessary items up)
After you are done with your duty, please help tubass and percussion
3.00: speech day rehearsal starts
After rehearsal, SLs divide section:
-chair ICs bring all chairs to back of hall
-stand ICs bring stands down to FM
-help bring percussion/tubass to FM
And bring your instruments and files down
Those finished with their duty, please help percussion and tubass
After shifting everything down, change out of court shoes and band skirt, sectionals until 6.00 (speech day prize winners may continue with their own rehearsal)
6.00-6.30: debrief+pack up
6.30: dismissed
-please remember to bring your band skirt and court shoes tomorrow if you have not already done so
-file all scores into black files
-sit properly/upright and maintain a good image of the band
-please try to move as quietly as possible when the curtains are closed
-do note that everyone (sec2,3,4s) has to come back on friday from 12.45-1.30 after dismissal to set up stage/clean band rm (more details will be announced in tomorrow's blog post)
Sec1 schedule:
Come at 2.30
2.30-2.50: set up chairs for combines with Mr Lee
3.00-4.00: Mr Lee will take everyone for combines
4.00-5.00: Mr Lee will check section by section/individually
5.00-5.30: debrief+pack up
5.30: dismissed
