12.45-1.15: SLs divide section:
-bring chairs from back of hall to set up on stage
-help large percussion move up
1.15-1.30: band rm spring cleaning
-bring chairs from FM to band rm (make sure there's at least 45 chairs in band rm)
-percussion to clear unused glock+table, bass drum
-hide the stands in band rm in the store rm
1.30: dismissed
