Hi band,
As there will be oral going on in the afternoon, please refrain from playing outside
The Sec1/3 mep students will be having their jazz workshop in the band rm from 3-6 so please take everything you need from the band rm and head to FM for sectionals (sec3-4)/recording studio for combines with mr lee (sec1)
Please refrain from entering the band rm during this period to avoid disruption
Those who come late will have to place their belongings in the FM storerm
Main band schedule:
Come at 2.30
2.30-2.45: set up (please bring instrument cases from band rm to FM after setting up)
2.45-4.30: last sectionals at Fm: practice march bluesky and sunshine/jubilant overture (sec4s take this last oppourtunity to help your juniors and impart whatever knowledge/skills you need to pass down)
4.30-5.15: sec3s and sec4s handover in FM (sec4s will be passing down knowledge/information to sec3s to prepare for their roles)
5.15-5.30: pack up+debrief in FM
5.30: dismissed
Some sec4s may not be around as they may have chinese oral, so sec3s please take charge when nececssary
Please empty and return your black files to QMs by debrief
Sec1 schedule:
Come at 2.30
2.30-2.45: being instrument cases to FM and set up instruments (place cases neatly against the side)
2.45-3.15: proceed to FM recording studio to set up chairs (please bring along your irecommend and settle down quickly)
3.15-5.00: combines with mr lee
5.00-5.30: pack up chairs+debrief (in recording studio)
5.30: dismissed
