Come at 7.30
report in full band uniform:
-court shoes (unless you left it in storerm)
-vest
-tie
-band skirt
-stockings
-band blouse
(dont need to tie braids)
7.30-7.45: set up (don't put files/stands on stage yet)
7.45-8.30: warmup+short combines/run through (standing) at FM
(do not play outside as guests/parents may start to arrive)
8.30-8.45: start moving onto stage with instruments and files and stands (quietly) (curtain will be closed and screen will be down)
8.45-9.00:seated quietly on stage and prepare to perform
9.00-9.15: perform invicta, school song, and frozen (remember to smile and sit properly)
9.15-9.30 (approx duration): SLs split section:
-chair ICs shift chairs into toilets
-help shift perc/tubass to FM (except drumset, conga, bongo shift to band rm)
-stand ICs bring all stands to FM
-bring instruments and files down
Once you are done wih your duty, please help tubass/perc
9.30-9.50: pack up+short debrief
9.50: sec2,3s dismissed, sec4s leave belongings in band rm, proceed to hall to attend rest of speech day, prize winnners gather and go up together
After speech day, sec4s help move chairs from toilet to back of hall/help carry clavinova back to MPR
