Dear band,
3:30-3:45 assemble outside GO
3:45-4:00 Travel to VCH
4:00-5:00 First group go for the tour in VCH (the rest stay with your section and reflect on your SYF and limelight recordings)
5:00-6:00 Second group go for the tour in VCH (the rest stay with your section and reflect on your SYF and limelight recordings)
6:00-6:15 travel back to school
Please make sure that you are outside the GO by 3:30
All those who are already outside the GO please line up as Brasses (and percussion) and woodwinds (and LWW)
Leave your bags in the band room and only bring along your valuables and water bottle.
Those who finish at 2.30pm or earlier assemble at band room at 2.30pm. Those who finish at 3pm and later assemble at 3.30pm in band room
