Dear band,
Attire for tmr (to come to school): Band Tee, Band skirt and Court Shoes (if you are comfortable in it; do not throw it anywhere on the floor in your classroom if you feel uncomfortable, please be lady-like)
Please remember to bring your BAND UNIFORM (TIE INCLUDED), STOCKINGS, COURT SHOES (IF YOU ARE NOT WEARING IT TO SCHOOL)!
11:30-11:40 set up instruments
11:40-12:00 warm ups in FM
12:00-1:15 rehearsal
1:15-1:45 lunch
1:45-2:00 change into full band uniform and uniform check etc
2:00-2:15 prep talk in band room
2:15-2:30 move to foyer
2:30-2:45 get in the bus (headcount, put percussion instruments in bus and everything)
2:45-3:15 travel to SCH
3:20-4:05 wait in SCH, warming up in the room
4:05-4:20 performance
4:25-4:55 proceed back to school
4:55-5:30 pack up and debrief
When we are going to SCH please be reminded that you are not allowed to bring bags along. (Files and instruments are to be held by hand)
