12:00-12:15 set up instruments
12:15-12:30 warm up in FM
12:30-1:30 combines on fanfare, school song and speech day songs
1:30-2:00 Lunch
2:00-2:30 move up instruments to hall and prepare
2:30-3:30(approximately) practice on hall
3:30-5:45 sectionals on speech day pieces
5:50-6:15 pack up and debrief
Please move fast tomorrow as time is rather short
SLs make sure that your section has a copy of all the scores required for speech day (eg. School song, invicta)
Do note that tomorrow all of you would be dismissed from class at 12
