3:30-3:45 assemble outside GO
3:45-4:00 Travel to VCH
4:00-5:00 First group go for the tour in VCH (the rest stay with your section and reflect on your SYF and limelight recordings)
5:00-6:00 Second group go for the tour in VCH (the rest stay with your section and reflect on your SYF and limelight recordings)
6:00-6:15 travel back to school

Please make sure that you are outside the GO by 3:30
All those who are already outside the GO please line up as Brasses (and percussion) and woodwinds (and LWW)
Leave your bags in the band room and only bring along your valuables and water bottle.

Those who finish at 2.30pm or earlier assemble at band room at 2.30pm. Those who finish at 3pm and later assemble at 3.30pm in band room

Those that are attending SCGS' limelight concert remember to bring your money tomorrow.

Tomorrow is full attire (with PE shorts below) we would be tying pony tail not plaits

All scores should be filed into your black file by tomorrow.
Please move quickly tomorrow so as to make sure we can start and end warmups on time. If not your lunch break might be shortened.

1:30-2:00 Lunch
2:00-2:30 move up instruments to hall and prepare
2:30-3:30(approximately) practice on hall
3:30-5:45 sectionals on speech day pieces
5:50-6:15 pack up and debrief

Please move fast tomorrow as time is rather short

SLs make sure that your section has a copy of all the scores required for speech day (eg. School song, invicta)

Do note that tomorrow all of you would be dismissed from class at 12

10:00-11:00 Get belongings and instruments ready for loading and pack bags to be brought to Esplanade (under the arts conservatory)
11:00-11:30 Lunch
11:30 Arrival of 2 Buses and 1 Lorry
11:30-12:00 Load percussion instruments and props onto Lorry
12:00-12:30 Travel to Esplanade
12:30-13:00 Arrival at satellite counter at loading bay at Esplanade & unload instruments from lorry. Collect passes and proceed to the respective section rooms.
13:00-13:30 Set up stage according to instructions given by Esplanade Stage Crew, Set up instruments
13:30-14:00 Warm-up on stage
14:00-16:30 Rehearsal with conductors
16:30-17:30 Tech-run with Emcee
17:30-18:30 Dinner, Change into full band uniform (incl. stockings), Tie hair
18:30-19:00 Sectional warm-up, Last run through of songs with your section, Tie hair
19:00-19:20 Standby, Uniform Checks by QMs
19:20-19:30 Queue at Stage Doors
19:30-20:45 Performance
20:45-21:15 Perc and big instruments move instruments to loading bay, to be loaded into Lorry
21:15-21:45 Travel back to school
21:45-22:00 Unload instruments and dismissal

Come to school in band tee and band skirt. Perc people and helpers come to school in school shoes and bring along your court shoes, the rest come to school in court shoes with stockings. Please remember to bring along your vest, tie and band shirt in a clothes cover, no folding is allowed.

Those who are able to tie your hair already, at home, please do so, so as to save time. And if there are breaks in between the schedule, you all may tie your hair as well, so that we won't have to push that all the way till just before the performance starts.

Props will be in the lorry with percussion instruments.

Dear band,

Attire for tmr (to come to school): Band Tee, Band skirt and Court Shoes (if you are comfortable in it; do not throw it anywhere on the floor in your classroom if you feel uncomfortable, please be lady-like)

Please remember to bring your BAND UNIFORM (TIE INCLUDED), STOCKINGS, COURT SHOES (IF YOU ARE NOT WEARING IT TO SCHOOL)!

4:25-4:55 proceed back to school
4:55-5:30 pack up and debrief

When we are going to SCH please be reminded that you are not allowed to bring bags along. (Files and instruments are to be held by hand)
