7.45am - 8.15am	Exco report to school Unlock band room, FM, store room, write timeline, pack bag	Band room
8.30am	Band report to band room by 8.30am SLs collect medication Set up instruments and move to FM	Grace period of 5 minutes for reporting time: 8.36am onwards will be considered as late
8.30am - 8.45am	Self warm ups, section tuning	FM
8.45am - 9am	Warm up and tune as a band with Chloe/Catherine	FM
9am - 10.30am	Rehearsals with Mrs Chua	FM
10.30am - 10.45am	Pack up instruments Tie ribbons	Exco and QMs check that bags and props are packed
10.45am - 11.15am	Brunch + Bananas	SLs collect from stall 8 Report in band room punctually at 11.15am
11.15am - 11.30am	Helpers move instruments and props to foyer Band start moving to foyer	Band room
11.30am	Band report at foyer with instruments in their cases Exco do headcount, SLs check if everyone is present Assemble in bus rows (2 rows per bus)	Foyer
11.45am	Bus arrives Go into respective buses	Woodwinds bus (Catherine + Clarabelle): 26 Brasses + percussion bus (Chloe + Abigail): 32
11.45am - 12.15pm	Travel to Gardens by the Bay Rest/listen to recording of pieces
12.15pm - 12.45pm	Report, settle down, drink water, toilet break, set up instruments Head count	Do not put instruments on the floor/directly exposed to the sun
12.45pm - 1pm	Start preparing for performance Assemble according to seating arrangement	Standby at performance area
1pm - 1.20pm	Emcee introduces the band and pieces Performance	Sec 1s who are dancing put instruments on top of your cases (do not waste time)
1.20 - 1.50pm	Pack instruments Assemble in bus rows	Woodwinds bus (Catherine + Clarabelle): 20 Brasses + percussion bus (Abigail): 28
2pm	Departure from Gardens by the
2pm - 2.30pm	Travel from GBTB back to school	Band room
2.30 - 3pm	Debrief Lock up

JIAYOUS!:) You can do it, y’all have been improving a lot these few practices,just remember to 👀watch Mrs Chua and 👂🏼Listen out to others (take note of tuning!)  Don’t be too nervous! Enjoy yourselves and appreciate the music! ♥️
