Dear Band,
2.30-3pm: set up and warm up in FM with stands and chairs
3-3.30pm: bohemian and feel it still sitting down (whole band)
3.30-4pm: sec 1s learn count on me dance in band room with coords
main band combines on rest of band fiesta pieces (make sure you have all the scores!!)
4.10-5pm: showband on bohemian rhapsody (clear chairs and stands)
5-5.30pm: pack up and debrief
