7.15am - 7.45am	Parade Performance
7.45am - 7.55am	Pack up parade square Move back to band room
8am - 8.30am	Recess (INCLUDES UPPER SEC)
8.30am - 8.40am	Last minute combines
8.40am - 8.45am	Move up to hall
8.45am - 9am	Set-up at hall
9am - 9.10am	Wait for school to settle down
9.15am - 9.25am	Performance
9.25am - 9.30am	Move out of stage
9.30am - 9.50am	Move percussion instruments back to the FM
9.50am - 10am	Pack up and debrief
10am - 10.10am	Lock up
10.10am	Go for remaining of celebration
