2.45-3pm: set up and warm up
3-4pm sectionals
4-4.15: brief on moving into FM
4.15-5pm: move to FM
5-5.30: pack up and debrief
*Please leave your instruments in the band room after sectionals. Don't keep them yet. Put them in a safe area
