12:30 : report for Band
12:45-1 : set up instruments
1-1:15 : warm ups
1:15 - 2:15 : display rehearsal
2:15-2:30 : briefing+packing
2:30 : organize your section and walk to foyer
2:30-2:45 : sit in the 2 rows
2:45-3:50 : travel to Causeway
4-5:15 : performance time
5:15-6 : travel back to school
6-6:30 : pack up and debrief
*please do not be late tomorrow and cooperate fully
*12:30-12:45 will be for the EXCO to tell you guys some new information about packing list etc. so do not think reporting time is at 12:45. please inform your sectionmates about this.
