* Bring vest and yellow shirt in clothes cover and court shoes
* Bus 1: Brasses + percussion (Gloria and Mathilda)
Bus 2: Woodwinds (Heshuo and Shi Yuan)
*percussion helpers stick with percussion section for all travelling journeys
*Parents fetching after competition : front gate at 7.30pm sharp
12-12.30pm : lunch in school and change into half band uni and pack department items
12.30pm - 12.45pm : set up instruments and chairs in FM
12:45pm - 1pm : warmups
1pm - 2pm : warm ups and combines with Mrs Chua
2pm - 2.30pm : breathing exercises
2.30pm - 3:30pm : pack up, go toilet, change into full band uni
3.30pm - 4pm: briefing
4pm - 4.50pm: uniform check + section talk and any last packing and move to foyer
5 pm - 5.30pm : traveling time
5.40pm: settle down (outside SCH)
5.40pm - 6pm : tune and final run through
6pm - 6.10pm: lineup at backstage
6.10pm - 6.30pm: Competition time
6.30pm - 6.45pm: Line up outside SCH and prepare to depart
6.45pm: Leave venue ( bus 1: brasses and percussion, bus 2: woodwinds ）
6.50pm - 7.20pm: reach school
7.30pm: pack up
