Hi band!
We are excused from lessons at 2.30pm. Please remember to change into your 2015 band t-shirt before coming for band and read the band blog very carefully because there's a lot of movements going on.
2.30pm-2.45pm: set up and self tuning
2.45pm-3.20pm: go through LHM, seconds out and big band in summer with CMs in the FM, those not involved in combines or the performance have sectionals (no playing outside! )
3.20pm-3.40pm: sec 2s, sec 3s and others involved in big band go to the parade square and set up enough stands and percussion quickly, no need to set up benches
3.40pm-3.50pm: performance for light hearted march, seconds out and big band in summer
LHM then seconds out then In Summer.
While waiting for you performance, stand at the side and smile, interact with audience. Once you are done with all your performances, go back to your sections
3.50pm-4pm: move everything out of parade square
4pm-6pm: sectionals for all on musical evening pieces. Mr and Mrs Chua will be around to guide us (no playing outside until open house ends about 4.30pm)

6pm-6.30pm: pack up and debrief
There will be booth duty throughout the open house, so please take note of your timings if you have and report punctually to the booth area which is right outside the band room. Do promote band enthusiastically!

4.15pm-4.45pm: Li Na, Rachel, Pearline, Izzati, Shannon, Glenys
