2.30pm-2.45pm: set up
2.45pm-3.10pm: section warmups and tuning (can make use of japanese warmups and i recommend)
3.10pm-4.30pm: combines with Mr Chua
4.30pm-6pm: sectionals on CCA open house pieces: light hearted march for sec 2s, seconds out for sec 3s and in summer for big band people
6pm-6.30pm: pack up and debrief
