9.30: report to school
9.30-9.45: set up (those who have finished setting can help to move stuff up first - files, instruments, props etc.)
9.45-10: move up everything needed for the concertto the auditorium
10-10.20: warmups by conductors/CMs
10.20-12: rehearsal in the auditorium
12-1: lunch and gift exchange
1-1.10: uniform check
1.10-1.30: encouragement talk + exco gifts
1.30-1.55: section talk
1.55-2: move up to auditorium
2-2.30: warmups + tune
2.30-2.45: wait in band room. usher parents from foyer to their seats then rest in band room.
2.50-3.00: to be standing at positions (percussion prepare on stage)
3.00-5.00: Performance time :)
5.00-5.15: move down to band room and shift small percussion instruments to the FM and help tubass too
5.15-5.30: pack up and debrief
5.30-6: phototaking, have to leave school by 6pm
Those who have yet to pass your envelopes, please pass them to one of the exco before warmups at 10am.
Please do not play from 12pm-2pm, all of you need to rest. Do drink lots of water and have a good breakfast! All the best!!! :)
