Hi band,
8.30am-8.45am: set up
8.45am-10.30am: (1) help percussion and tubass sections bring up their instruments (2) bring up section stands, set up chairs in the hall (3) help band coords with decoration of hall/touching up of props (4) clear doubts with section (whether playing or movements)
10.35am-12pm: warmups and dry run with Mr/Mrs Chua
12pm-1pm: lunch
1pm-3.50pm: run through in the hall with Mr/Mrs Chua and Mr Lee
4pm-4.30pm: pack up and debrief
Do remember to do your cards for your parents, a short thank you note will be a good and simple way to express your gratitude towards them :) Rest well and have a good breakfast!
