Hi band!

8.30- 8.45am briefing in band room
8.45-9.50am all help with clean up of hall
Clearing chairs :
Clarinets+ Horns + Sax + Trump
Help percussion then help with chairs  :
Tubass, Fluboes, LWW
Help coords then clear whatever litter in hall :
Trombones and Eupho
9.50-10am lay out all instruments for Auditing in Band room and FM respectively
10am-12pm
Windworks auditing for those involved
The rest, spring cleaning of band room and fm
Band room - clarinets + LWW+ Horns + Librarians + Coords
FM - Eupho tromb tubass fluboes perc sax trump
12-1245pm
Section clean up + reflection

21/11/15 (SPECTRUM 4.0)

Hi band,

SPECTRUM 4.0
9.30: report to school
9.30-9.45: set up (those who have finished setting can help to move stuff up first - files, instruments, props etc.)
9.45-10: move up everything needed for the concertto the auditorium
10-10.20: warmups by conductors/CMs
10.20-12: rehearsal in the auditorium
12-1: lunch and gift exchange
1-1.10: uniform check
1.10-1.30: encouragement talk + exco gifts
1.30-1.55: section talk
1.55-2: move up to auditorium
2-2.30: warmups + tune
2.30-2.45: wait in band room. usher parents from foyer to their seats then rest in band room. 
2.50-3.00: to be standing at positions (percussion prepare on stage)
3.00-5.00: Performance time :)
5.00-5.15: move down to band room and shift small percussion instruments to the FM and help tubass too
5.15-5.30: pack up and debrief
5.30-6: phototaking, have to leave school by 6pm

Those who have yet to pass your envelopes, please pass them to one of the exco before warmups at 10am.

Please do not play from 12pm-2pm, all of you need to rest. Do drink lots of water and have a good breakfast! All the best!!! :)

Hi band,

8.30am-8.45am: set up
8.45am-10.30am: (1) help percussion and tubass sections bring up their instruments (2) bring up section stands, set up chairs in the hall (3) help band coords with decoration of hall/touching up of props (4) clear doubts with section (whether playing or movements)
10.35am-12pm: warmups and dry run with Mr/Mrs Chua
12pm-1pm: lunch
1pm-3.50pm: run through in the hall with Mr/Mrs Chua and Mr Lee
4pm-4.30pm: pack up and debrief

Do remember to do your cards for your parents, a short thank you note will be a good and simple way to express your gratitude towards them :) Rest well and have a good breakfast!

9.15am-12pm: sectionals (priority - [for those involved] big band and percussion ensemble)
11am-11.30am: big band with Mr Chua
11.30am-12pm: percussion ensemble with Mr Chua
12pm-1pm: lunch
1pm-4pm: combines with Mr Lee (everyone involved) in FM
4pm- 4.30pm: pack up and debrief

There is O levels only in the afternoon so your sections can have sectionals outdoors. Do make full use of the sectionals! Also, trumpet, horn and trombone sections will be doing your filming tomorrow. Please remember to bring your shirts and canvas shoes tomorrow for checking! Thank you

8.45am-9.10am: warmups
9.10am-11am: sec 2s level item with Mr Chua, sec 1s and 3s sectionals
11am-12pm: big band with Mr Chua, the rest have sectionals
12pm-1pm: lunch
1pm-4pm: sectionals (please work on Bruno Mars and viva la vida, and also start to polish up on your level and display items)

Eupho, Tubass and Percussion sections will be doing your filming during lunch tomorrow!!
