4.45-5: Warm ups in FM with Mr Chua
5-5.30 Rehearse in FM with mr chua
5.30-5.40: Uniform checks in Band room
5.40-6: Finalise packing and move to respective areas. Move heavy items to be put on lorry to loading bay
6: Arrival of lorry. Load heavy items into lorry

6.20: Arrival of buses
- Bus #1: Woodwinds (Li Na + Shyer Wern)
- Bus #2: Brasses, Percussion and Helpers for Perc and Tubass (Sarah + Melissa)
6.30: Arrival at venue. Set up chairs and stands. Set things away
7-7.30: Dinner (provided)
7.40-7.50: Warm up and tune with light piece
8-8.15: perform
8.25-8.30: Pack up at venue
8.30: Lorry arrives. Load lorry with same items as before
8.45: Bus arrives. same bus order as before
9: Arrival back in school
9-9.30: Pack up and short debrief
9.30: Dismissal
Reminders:
1) Leave for home quickly & immediately after dismissal, don't linger around
2) Travel in groups if you're going to the MRT station or Bus stop
3) Only back gate opened for parents
4) Move quickly and help others
