Hi band!
6.30am: report to the band room (those who report earlier, please set up instruments and benches first)
6.30am-6.50am: set up instruments and benches
6.50-7.10: warm up in the parade square and national athem if there is time and a quick uniform check
7.10-7.15: settle down and prepare to start
7.15-7.55: playing of trumpet voluntary and national athem
7.55-8.00: move out all instruments and benches
8.00-8.30: break
8.30-8.40: warm up and short rehearsal for stage performance in the fm
8.40-9.00: move instruments, stands and chairs onto stage
9.05-9.15: be seated on stage
9.15-9.25: perform
9.25: move everything out of stage as quickly as possible
9.35-9.50: pack up and debrief
9.50: dismissed to join your own classes in the hall
A reminder that attire should be 2015 band tee shirt, school skirt and school shoes, and tie a red ribbon on your pony tail in school (Everyone tie one pony tail).
Please follow the schedule strictly and be wherever you are supposed to be on time. If you are unsure of anything (stage movements, actions for pieces etc.) please clarify with the exco or SLs and carry them out confidently and enthusiastically. Do your best and remember to smile on stage.
