5.40-6: Finalise packing and move to respective areas. Move heavy items to be put on lorry to loading bay

Reminders:
1) Leave for home quickly & immediately after dismissal, don't linger around
2) Travel in groups if you're going to the MRT station or Bus stop

6.30am: report to the band room (those who report earlier, please set up instruments and benches first)
6.30am-6.50am: set up instruments and benches
6.50-7.10: warm up in the parade square and national athem if there is time and a quick uniform check
7.10-7.15: settle down and prepare to start
7.15-7.55: playing of trumpet voluntary and national athem
7.55-8.00: move out all instruments and benches
8.00-8.30: break
8.30-8.40: warm up and short rehearsal for stage performance in the fm
8.40-9.00: move instruments, stands and chairs onto stage
9.05-9.15: be seated on stage
9.15-9.25: perform
9.25: move everything out of stage as quickly as possible
9.35-9.50: pack up and debrief
9.50: dismissed to join your own classes in the hall
A reminder that attire should be 2015 band tee shirt, school skirt and school shoes, and tie a red ribbon on your pony tail in school (Everyone tie one pony tail).
Please follow the schedule strictly and be wherever you are supposed to be on time. If you are unsure of anything (stage movements, actions for pieces etc.) please clarify with the exco or SLs and carry them out confidently and enthusiastically. Do your best and remember to smile on stage.

2.30-2.50: set up and self warmups
2.50-3.45: combines with Mr Chua on national day pieces
3.45-4: shift percussion, tubass,becnhes and own instruments to the parade square (you should have already memorised national athem)
4-4.45: rehearsal in the parade square with the uniformed groups
4.45-5: shift everything back
5-5.30: pack up and debrief
Sec 1 helpers are involved in helping the band shift too! Sec 1s with Mr Lee in the recording studio.
As most of the sec 3s will be late for band, sec 2s please take charge and ensure that the band goes to the fm on time for combines. A reminder that the scores should be filed into the black files by Wednesday.
