4.15-4.30: warmup+tuning at FM (be punctual)
4.30-5.00: run through HSM and Mission Impossible
5.00-5.45: Dinner (provided)
5.45-6.00: Bench ICs set up benches, SLs assign people to bring stands to parade square, help tubass and perc move to parade square from FM (dont leave your scores on your stands)
6.00-6.20: rest in band rm
6.20-6.30: get ready to sit down and perform (remember to bring your scores)
6.30: perform
After performance, bench ICs put back benches, SLs assign people to keep stands/instruments and help perc and tubass move back to FM
Dismissed after packing up, no debrief
