Hi band,
Come at 2.30
2:30-2:45: Set up+SLs assign bench ICs to set up benches in the parade square near the band rm (There will be lessons in the band rm until 3:00pm, so please enter from the back door quietly)
2:45-3:00: Warm ups at FM
3:00-6:00: Go through campfire songs, then Combines (We will be called out for Campfire rehearsal probably around 3:30+pm [We will be the first performance])
Campfire Rehearsal:
-Benches should already be set up
-SLs assign some people to help Perussion/Tubass move to parade square
-Remember to bring stands and scores for HSM and Mission Impossible
-After rehearsal, everyone back to FM, bench ICs keep benches
6:00-6:30: Pack up+Debrief
6:30: Dismissed
