8.30am	Band report to band room by 8.30am SLs collect medication Set up instruments and move to FM	Grace period of 5 minutes for reporting time: 8.36am onwards will be considered as late
8.30am - 8.45am	Self warm ups, section tuning	FM
8.45am - 9am	Warm up and tune as a band with Chloe/Catherine	FM
9am - 10.30am	Rehearsals with Mrs Chua	FM
10.30am - 10.45am	Pack up instruments Tie ribbons	Exco and QMs check that bags and props are packed
10.45am - 11.15am	Brunch + Bananas	SLs collect from stall 8 Report in band room punctually at 11.15am
11.15am - 11.30am	Helpers move instruments and props to foyer Band start moving to foyer	Band room

Remember to read the document, be aware of what to do, move quickly

JIAYOUS!:) You can do it, y’all have been improving a lot these few practices,just remember to 👀watch Mrs Chua and 👂🏼Listen out to others (take note of tuning!)  Don’t be too nervous! Enjoy yourselves and appreciate the music! ♥️

2.30-3pm: set up and warm up in FM, quick run through of gbtb pieces in your sections, don’t set up chairs and stands yet

3-3.45pm: run through of national day hall performance, practice movement between pieces, make sure show band is good

3.45-4pm: Sec 1s go band room, keep instruments, Sec 2 and 3 set up chairs and stands

4-5pm: combines on national day parade pieces, (read full stars of tomorrow) Sec 1s practice dance and show band actions in band room

5-5.30pm: debrief, those bringing instruments from gbtb please sign out, the rest don’t sign out your instruments 

*those who end early please practice your pieces, especially band fiesta pieces as we have no time to go through those pieces 

*jia yous for gbtb, watch out for your tuning and don’t forget to watch conductor!

*arrange your files in band fiesta order if you haven’t

Dear Sec 1s,

2.30-3pm: set up and warm up (brasses and LWWS in FM, WW in band room) 

3-4pm: sectionals on Band Fiesta pieces (Bohemian Rhapsody and Feel it Still)
make sure you can play it well and check tuning!!

4-4.30pm: gently put instruments neat at the side, practice Count on Me dance

4.30-5.30pm: practice showband, make sure you are clear of all actions

those in FM arrange chairs and stands in national day parade square arrangement 

5.30-6pm: pack up and debrief 

*sec 2s and 3s are encouraged to join and check on sec 1s after champ sem to practice showband actions

*sec 1s please stay on task, jiayous!!
