2.30 - 2.45pm: set up and self/section warm up
2.45 - 3pm: warm ups with CMs
3 - 5.30pm: combines in FM
5.30 - 6pm: dinner
6 - 6.30pm: QM check + get ready for performance, set up percussion instruments and stands
6.30pm: standby at parade square
6.35 - 6.45pm: performance
6.45 - 7.15pm: pack up and debrief
take note:
-report in 2019 band tee and school skirt
-those who end earlier help to set up band booth and parade square
-rinse mouth after dinner
