Dear band,

7.45-8am: set up and warm up
8-9am: showband in ISH on bohemian rhapsody
9-1pm: sec 1s self practice and sectionals on national day pieces, main band combines in FM on limelight pieces
1pm-1.30pm: lunch
1.30-1.50pm: briefing for farewell and farewell prep (everyone report in FM at 1.50pm)
2-4.30pm: farewell

Jing Yi + (Catherine)	Sec 3s	Set up chairs in the FM for the Sec 4s Blow x19 balloons (x5 black, x5 dark blue, x5 dark purple, x4 white), put on each of their chairs

1.50 to 1.55pm	Everyone move to the FM
1.55pm to 2pm	2 people bring the sec 4s to FM
2pm to 2.10pm	Star Wars fanfare walk-in, sec 2s wave flashlights from phones
2.10pm to 2.15pm	Get Sec 4s to settle down + gifts will be on their chairs (Tell them to open the gifts)
2.15pm to 2.20pm	Rose serenade (Careless whisper by Catherine + Present roses to sec 4s according to sections)
2.20pm to 2.35pm	Gift Exchange (department, SLs then JLs)
2.35pm to 2.50pm	Sec 2 skit
2.50pm to 2.55pm	Sec 2 batch piece
2.55pm to 3pm	Move to Band room
3pm to 3.30pm	Photo taking (photo booth)
3.30pm to 4.30pm	Farewell video + emo time

*please be alert and rmb your position (row and column number) for bohemian rhapsody
*memorize bohemian rhapsody, Sec 2 and 3 memorize count on me
*sec 2s prepare beatles scores, we are playing the whole arrangement
*sec 1s make sure that you have all national day parade scores and I recommend (hardcopy) to self practice and for future combines. if you do not have it, please ask your SLs for it.
