7.30am	Report to band room immediately after flag raising
7.30am - 7.45am	Change into full band uniform (no stockings)
7.45 - 8am	Set-up + Warm-up @ FM Bring court shoes to FM for combines
8am - 10.30am	8am - 9am: Sectionals Tuning at certain areas Last minute run through of problem parts 9 - 10.30am: Combines with Mrs Chua
10.30 -10.45am	Final Debrief Speech Day Rehearsal immediately after SYF Packing of bags - Exco & QM only
10.45 - 11am	Lights-out Wind down, destress Remove vest and tie
11am - 12pm	Lunch Change into stockings Be careful with your band uniform Collect bananas @Stall 1
12 - 12.15pm	Last Minute Packing Change into vest and tie
12.15 - 12.30	QM Check
12.30 - 12.45pm	Move to Foyer
12.45pm - 1.15pm	Travel to venue
1.15 - 2pm	Settle down outside concert hall Breathing Exercises Banana + Mars bar!!
2pm - 2.15pm	Warm-up Room 2min - Self-warm up 3rd min - p5 No.1 Tuning 5th min - Festival on Earth 7th min - KOTS 9th min - Final Tuning
2.15 - 2.30pm	Performance
2.30 - 2.40pm	Pack-up + Get ready for buses to arrive
2.40 - 3.10pm	Journey back to CGS
3.10 - 3.30pm	Set-up @ hall + Get ready for Speech Day rehearsal Remain in full band uniform
3.30 - 5pm	Speech Day Rehearsal
5pm	Pack up and debrief
