3-3.10pm: set up and move instruments to parade square
3.15- 4.45pm: full dress rehearsal
4.45pm: move instruments back to band room
4.45-5.25pm: dinner
5.25-6.45pm: break ~no playing of instruments(when you hear the actors asking for them to dance together your turn will be soon)
6.45-7.15pm: move instruments to parade square and then
be alert wait for cue for performance ( cue by narrator: may we welcome the symphonic band to perform for us the beautiful beauty and the beast theme song)
7.20pm: performance
7.30: move out quickly
8pm: dismissal
