Dear band,
(0830 School gates open.)
Before 9am: set up and start rehearsal
0900-1030 : Final tune-up & brief run-through before performance at Studio
1100-1130 : Sign-in for all attendees at Hall.
1130-1330 : CGS Band and Alumni Band Performance
1330-1500 : Lunch (Photo-taking & 'cake-cutting')
*for those who reach early, pls go to the hall and help to blow and tie balloons (behind stage curtains) and leave it back on stage
*after performance, pls move everything (all percussion instruments) into Music room (band room) , do not bring anything to the FM studio
*Please take the initiative to help out when you can and be careful while moving instruments
(1600 All to leave the school compound)
