3.15-3.30: percussion helpers to shift perc instruments to band room (percussion section to have sectionals in band room)
3.15-3:40 sectionals on Spain
3:40-5 final rehearsal
5- 5.30: sectionals on Spain
5.30-6.30: combines on XXY
6.30-7.30: dinner
7.30-7.45: get ready stands and instruments and line up outside band room
7.55-8.05: Performance
8.05-8.20: shift percussion instruments back to FM
8.20-8.30: debrief and pack up
-please inform in your section group what time you finish classes tomorrow
-please be reminded that we end at 8:45-9 tmr and dinner is not provided
