-tomorrow is the 2nd day of sec 1 auditions. so please keep your cases back into the storeroom after setting up and place your bags in the FM. do minimise entering of band room.
-aim to play better than the previous practice! :)

Dear Band,

3-3:15 : set up instruments and chairs in FM (do so earlier if possible) 

3:15 - 5:30 : combines on star wars and dd

5:40-6 : pack up and debrief

-tomorrow is day 1 of sec 1 audition, so after setting up your instruments and bags in the FM, please keep your cases in the store room and line your bags neatly against the wall/cupboard. in any case, don't block the way. 

-auditions would be held in the band room, so if you need to enter, enter through the back door. 

-there may be last minute instructions tomorrow, so do listen out.

Dear Band,

everyone is released at 2pm tomorrow. If you haven't had your lunch by 2, have a quick lunch before reporting to band. 

There is no ticket money collection tomorrow

2-2:45 : set up booth (follow band coords' instructions) and prepare the gift (JLs leading)
2:45-3:30 : set up instruments and combined warm ups in FM
3:30-3:35 : performance #1 (venue to be confirmed) 
3:35-4:15 : sectionals in the FM/band room (don't play anywhere outside)
4:15-4:30 : gather back @ FM for combines on star wars and prepare for performance #2
4:30-4:35 : performance #2
4:35-5 : sectionals in fm/band room
5-5:30 : pack up and debrief

-just wear full school uniform, no need to wear band tee
-percussion and tubas helpers please stick to your section assigned at least 10 mins before the performance to help them move
- be attentive throughout and don't get distracted
-money collection tmr after band! #25ticketsgoal

3-3.15: set up instruments and self warmup

3.15-3.30: percussion helpers to shift perc instruments to band room (percussion section to have sectionals in band room)

3.15-3:40 sectionals on Spain

3:40-5 final rehearsal

5- 5.30: sectionals on Spain

5.30-6.30: combines on XXY

6.30-7.30: dinner

7.30-7.45:  get ready stands and instruments and line up outside band room

7.55-8.05: Performance

8.05-8.20: shift percussion instruments back to FM

8.20-8.30: debrief and pack up

-please inform in your section group what time you finish classes tomorrow
-please be reminded that we end at 8:45-9 tmr and dinner is not provided
-take initiative and be on your best behaviour
-attire : 2016 BAND TEE AND SCHOOL SKIRT
