Warm up + run through in the FM with Mrs Chua

- Help any final set up for open house
- move XXY instruments to band room (for glock & suspended cymbals)
8.20am
- Ushers move to foyer; sec 3s involved in the workshop move to FM
8.30am - 11am
- Reading session; rest of the band set up, practice fingerings for XXY, whole of 2nd page of Spain
- Stay in band room
- Duty report to booth 5 mins earlier
- JLs in charge
10.55am
- Move all XXY instruments/stands to parade square
-Help tubass and percussion
Chairs not needed
(Tuba and percussion helpers stay w tuba or percussion section during moving )
11.10am
- Performance
11.25am - 12pm
- Lunch
As soon as you are done moving, wait in band room for announcement before dismissing yourself. Please remember to eat everything.
