Dear Band,

9-9:15 : set up instruments and chairs in the FM
9:15-12: combines in the FM with Mrs Chua on Nausica movement 1
12-1: lunch (provided for those who have indicated that they want)
1-4 : combines in the FM on Spain to bar 106
4-4:30 : pack up and debrief

THINGS TO TAKE NOTE:

o levels are still on going so NO PLAYING OUTSIDE! only allowed to play outside from 11am to 1pm.

No food wastage please!

3.15~3.30pm warm up
3.30~5.50pm combines with Mr and Mrs Chua on Spain and DD
6~6.15pm debrief and pack up

3:15-5 : do section warm ups and then sectionals on SPAIN and DD when you have sorted out Spain
5-5:30 : pack up and debrief

Dear Band,

3-3:15 : set up instruments and chairs in FM
3:15-5:50 : combines with Mrs Chua on SPAIN
5:50-6:15 : pack up and debrief

-please work on your Spain score up till bar 101 before combines
-Mr and Mrs Chua may be here early so if you end lessons earlier than 3 please help the band to set up the chairs to save time
-at any point of time without EXCO informing you all personally, DO NOT play in music room or anywhere outside FM as there is O Levels going on

7.30am - 7.40am
- set up and move to FM

7.40am - 8.15am
Warm up + run through in the FM with Mrs Chua

8.15am - 8.30am
- Help any final set up for open house
- move XXY instruments to band room (for glock & suspended cymbals)

8.20am
- Ushers move to foyer; sec 3s involved in the workshop move to FM

8.30am - 11am
- Reading session; rest of the band set up, practice fingerings for XXY, whole of 2nd page of Spain
- Stay in band room
- Duty report to booth 5 mins earlier
- JLs in charge

10.55am
- Move all XXY instruments/stands to parade square

-Help tubass and percussion
Chairs not needed
(Tuba and percussion helpers stay w tuba or percussion section during moving )

11.10am
- Performance

11.25am - 12pm
- Lunch

As soon as you are done moving, wait in band room for announcement before dismissing yourself. Please remember to eat everything.
- woodwinds 1 bag brass 1 bag to throw rubbish inside

12pm - 12.20pm
- Rehearse with Mrs Chua in the FM

Dear Band,

Welcome back! Hope that you guys have done your best for EOYs and continue to improve!

3-3:15 : set up instruments and chairs in FM
3:15-5:50: combines with Mr Chua on XXY and other pieces
5:50-6:15 : pack up and debrief

PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT O LEVELS START TOMORROW. Hence, NO ONE is allowed to play in the music room/store room or anywhere outside the FM. No playing on the way to the FM too. For those who are having tutoring, please find an area in the FM where the sound only stays in the FM.

playing of instruments outside is only allowed AFTER 5PM.
