9:30-9:45 : set up instruments and chairs for Mr Lee's combines īn Band Room
9:45-11:45 : combines with Mr Lee in band room
11:45-12:15 : pack up and debrief
Main Band:
9-9:15 : set up instruments
9:15-9:30 : warm ups in FM (no chairs)
9:30-10+ : display on SOT
10+ -12: sectionals on KOTS
12-12:30 : lunch
12:30 - 1: get ready instruments and pack up chairs or whatever so you dont need to pack up when we return and be ready in the band room
1-1:30 : short briefing in Band Room by Exco and get ready for departure
2-3+ : rehearsal at YCK pri
4 : estimated arrival in school time
4:30 : band dismissed
* schedule might change unexpectedly so listen out for instructions by Exco
* dismissal time might change
