Hi band,
2.30pm-2.45pm: set up
2.45pm-3.10pm: self warmups
3.10pm-3.45pm: sectionals on national anthem and trumpet voluntary and memorised with details (do not have sectionals in the band room for the whole day)
3.45pm-3.55pm: shift percussion, tubass and benches to the parade square (no stands)
3.55pm: be seated at the parade square
4pm-4.45pm: rehearsal for total defence with uniformed groups
4.45pm-5.05pm: shift back everything and have a short break
5.05pm-5.50pm: work on Musical Evening pieces (whatever you need to work on/SLs have assigned you to practise)
6pm-6.30pm: pack up and debrief
Tomorrow, the sec 1 juniors are coming in. Please put in your best for the rehearsal and be welcoming to the juniors if you happen to pass by them. Also please be a good role model to them. Do remain hydrated! SLs and Exco (or one person from each section) will be involved in allocation of juniors in the band room. SLs please bring out enough number of instruments for your section's desired recruitment of sec 1s once you enter the band room.
