8.30-8.45: set up
8.50-9.30: warmups and tuning in the band room (bring I recommend)
9.30-9.40: briefing on campfire in the band room
9.40-9.50: combines on AATB in the band room
9.50-10: move out to the parade square (help to shift percussion and tubass and also move out stands and benches from the canteen)
10-10.45: rehearse all about that bass with movements at the parade square
10.45-11: water and toilet break
11-12: sectionals on disney medley (whole band), everyone no need to shift back to FM
12-1: lunch
1-2: combines on AATB with Mrs Chua at the parade square
2-2.15: shift back to the FM
2.15-3.50: sight reading of knight of the sky in the FM
4-4.30: pack up and debrief
