Hi band!

8.30am-8.45am: set up
8.50am-9.30am: warmups in the band room/FM - check the whiteboard tomorrow for confirmation (bring jap warmups)
9.30am-9.45am: help to shift percussion, tubass and benches
9.50am-11am: combines in the parade square for AATB and disney film favourites
11am-12pm: sectionals on orientation campfire pieces (all about that bass and disney film favourites) - take your own section break first
12pm-1pm: lunch
1pm-4pm: combine sectionals in the band rm (woodwinds) and FM (brasses)
4pm-4.30pm: pack up and debrief

Please be understanding and cooperative during combines in the parade square because this will be one of the last rehearsals we have unless there is rain again tomorrow. Also, do not be late for warmups and combines.

Hi band,

8.30am-8.45am: set up
8.45am-9.30am: warmups and tuning in FM (bring japanese warmup scores)
9.30am-10am: rebrief on movements in the parade square, afterwards help to shift perc, tubass and benches to the parade square
10am-10.45am: combines for all about that bass in parade square with Mr Chua
10.30am-10.45am: break
10.45am-12pm: sectionals on orientation campfire pieces and knight of the sky
12pm-1pm: lunch
1pm-4pm: combined sectionals on knight of the sky with Mr and Mrs Chua
4pm-4.30pm: debrief and pack up

Hi band,

Welcome back!
8.30-8.45: set up
8.50-9.30:  warmups and tuning in the band room (bring I recommend)
9.30-9.40: briefing on campfire in the band room
9.40-9.50: combines on AATB in the band room
9.50-10: move out to the parade square (help to shift percussion and tubass and also move out stands and benches from the canteen)
10-10.45: rehearse all about that bass with movements at the parade square
10.45-11: water and toilet break
11-12: sectionals on disney medley (whole band), everyone no need to shift back to FM
12-1: lunch
1-2:  combines on AATB with Mrs Chua at the parade square
2-2.15: shift back to the FM
2.15-3.50: sight reading of knight of the sky in the FM
4-4.30: pack up and debrief
