2.45pm-3pm: self warm ups
3pm-4pm: sec 2s spend time teaching your sec 1 buddies, sec 3s have sectionals
4pm-5pm: combines on bruno mars and read all about that bass
5pm-5.50pm: sectionals
6pm-6.15pm: pack up and debrief
