Hi band! :)

2.45pm-3pm: set up
3pm-3.15pm: warmups in FM
3.15-5.50pm: sec 1s not involved with National Day have sectionals. Work on your fundamentals ( total training, execises from Mr Lee) and Spectrum pieces. SLs please ensure a fruitful sectionals
3.15-3.50pm: combines with Mr Chua for national day pieces
3.50pm-4pm: move quickly to the parade square (perc and tubass ICs and bench ICs - SLs assigning -please do your various duties, if you see that some people need help, please take the initiative to help!)
4pm-4.45pm: rehearsal for national day, those who are not involved, have sectionals
4.45pm-5pm: shift everything back to its original place
5pm-5.50pm: sectionals
6pm-6.15pm: pack up and debrief

The schedule is quite packed so please move efficiently!

3.00-4.50 Sec 1s and 2s with Mr Lee in the FM
Sec 3s have sectionals on Level Items and national day pieces
All who are playing for National Day please try to MEMORISE CUPS by next week
5-5.30 debrief and pack up

Most sec 3s will be not around due to oral, sec 2s please take charge if all your sec 3s are not around

Please do not play outside or in the band room tomorrow as there is oral going on

Hi band!

2.30-3.30: self warmups and do I recommend with your section (what Mrs Chua went through on Monday - scales, chords, intervals, staccato etude etc. and please take note of tuning)
3.30-3.45: work on hymnsong
3.45-4.45: sectionals on national day pieces (national athem, festive music, beautiful island, cups)
4.45-5.05: practice spectrum pieces (please settle your national pieces first)
5.15-5.40: combines on national day pieces in FM (those involved)
5.50-6.15: pack up and debrief

Please do not be late for combines as we have given you enough time to move and set up chairs in the fm. A reminder not to crowd stands such that they block the doorway of the fm.

Sec 1s please prepare total training, the CMs are going to go round and check on you. Work on your total training and light hearted march during sectionals

Do make full use of sectionals to polish up your national day pieces and do your fundamentals.

3pm-5pm: Mr Lee take sec 1s and 2s in FM (sec 2s first hour only)
5pm-5.15pm: pack up and dismissed

Please be punctual and get ready in the FM by the specified time so that mr lee (who is usually early) need not wait for all of you. If there is more time please do sectionals especially on national pieces and complete bruno mars. Sec 3s will be on a learning journey so please listen to the JLs and seniors.

Heres the timeline for tomorrow
9.00-Report to band room to put down your belongings and head to the hall
9.00-10.20- Set up and decorating of hall
10.20-10.30 Those with duties report to front of the hall to be briefed
10.30- Those with duties report to respective places (except for food servers)
            The rest continue with decorating the hall
10.30-11.15- Guests/Alumni arrive- Sign in and settle down
11.30-11.40 Mr lee and Mrs Lee arrive (possibly Mrs Tan as well)
1130.1200- Formal event
1200-1.25 Cake Cutting and Lunch and Phototaking
1.25-1.30 Video montage
1.30-3.00 Gift presentation. Closing note by Mr Lee
2.00- Clearance of hall
3.00 Dismissal

Guest list: Collect information of Alumni for future purposes. Sort of like a registration booth

Money collection: This booth is for alumni who have yet to pay for the event (they'll know who they are) $15 for those still schooling and $30 for those who've graduated

Pearline, Ee Teng- At foyer, then usher and talk to Mrs Tan

Etienne, Patricia- stay at corridor near Home Ec room and direct guests till 11.15
Claris, Reina, Kaethe- at front doors of hall side facing parade square, direct guests to Letter-writing and Guest List

Cake:
Aviel- when birthday song comes on, cut and plate cake
Astelle, Anthea, Nicole, Joelle- serve Mrs Tan, Mr and Mrs Lee and Ms Teo ex-teacher in charge) first, then other alumni

Buffet counter:
Lin Xie, Matilda, Hema, Cheers, Eva- When birthday songs come on, head to buffet counter to ensure there are proper queues.
