8:30-8:45 set up instruments
8:50-9:10 warm-ups in FM
9:10-12:00 Sectionals on the pieces (brush up everything, SLs make sure everyone in your section can play and go through the actions, including the props, for every piece)
12:00-13:00 lunch
13:00-16:00 combines in FM
16:00-16:30 pack up and debrief
We will write the O Level exam time on the board tomorrow so if it clashes with sectionals time, please play inside the FM or band room.
