Hi band,

For tomorrow, ONLY SEC3s need to come, as we do not need so many people. The rest, please rest well.

Come at 9:00 (Not 8:00)

9:00-10:00: Transfer classroom chairs (347 chairs) from G blk classes (start from level 2, not enough then go level 1) to hall for audience (form human chain)

10:00-11:00+: 

-Set up props in the hall

-4 people carry 1 table from canteen, and 2 people carry 1 chair to outside of hall, this will form our ticket booth

-Stick light sticks to the bottom of audience chairs

-Paste signs along corridor to lead audience to the auditorium
-Hang the banner

Useful things to bring:
-Scissors
-Glue
-Rope
-Blue tack
-Masking tape

If we finish early, we can leave early.
