-Don’t make noise while travelling between FM and band rm

-Keep the doors shut

-When no one is using the band rm, off all lights and aircon and fully close the doors

8:00-8:15: Go through all the level items, practice moving quickly

8:15-9:00: Ticket money collection (Remember to bring your money)

9:00-2:40: Do booth duty according to schedule

12:00-1:00 Please eat your lunch when you are not on duty/not performing from

We will be discussing actions/props for Spectrum repertoire during the spare time we have (Assigned sections please be ready to propose your ideas)

Mr Chua may want to have combines when we are not performing

What to do at the booth:

-Answer any questions asked

-Do not allow outsiders to touch the instruments on display, (politely ask them to refrain from touching any instruments) those on duty are also not allowed to touch other sections’ instruments on display, this is to prevent any accidental damages to the instruments

-Promote Spectrum 2.0, there will be some tickets to sell to the public, the eldest person in each shift will be in charge of taking down the number of tickets sold to the public, if any.

-Give out the souvenirs

Performance duration:10mins (Only 2 Levels will perform per timeslot, to keep within the time limit)
