8:45-:9:00: Rachel will take warmups in band rm:

9:00-11:30:level item

10:00-12:00: Mr Lee is coming to take all Sec1s+Percussion on ponyo in band rm

11:30-12:30: lunch (provided)

Sec1s and Sec3s please try your best to finish lunch by 12:30

12:30-12:45: Shift to hall:

-Please send some people from your section to help Percussion and Tubass and even other sections

-No stands/scores, Sock hop should have been memorized during the break

12:45-2:00: Sock Hop display (for spectrum) in Hall

2:00-2:15: Shift down to band rm:

-Please send some people from your section to help Percussion and Tubass and even other sections
-Set up chairs after percussion goes in
-Do not block or jam the doorways

2:15-4:00: combines on Harry Potter in band rm

4:00-4:30: Debrief

4:30:Dismissed

Do note that Many Sec3s will be absent in the morning, so JLs please take charge if need be. Hui Ling and Ashley please take charge of Latecoming and record all latecomers and their timings of arrival, then pass the list to Hui Wen.
Last person to leave the band room please off ALL lights and aircon
