(Only applies to those playing for big band)
3.00: Go band room set up
3.30: Go FM for combines
4.30: Shift up to hall
4.45: Rehearsal, then shift down back to FM (Bring along your clothes that you are wearing for the performance, they will check if it's appropriate!)
When rehearsal finish, go for dinner+change clothes until 6.30pm.
6.30-7.00: Rehearse once more, for final sound check
7.00: Those with tickets go to hall, those without can stay in FM to rest and do homework
9.10-9.25: Those in hall go down and meet with the rest at FM to bring everything up backstage
9.28-9.30: Performance!
9.31-9.45: Shift everything down to FM, then pack up
9.50-10.00: Dismiss
It will be a tiring day so please sleep earlier today! :-)
