3.35: Sec1s please set up before Mr Lee comes, SLs please make sure the sec1s have ponyo if not please borrow from librarians, the rest go for combines at FM

3.35-6.00: Combines (no warmups due to time restrictions) 

4.00-4.30: For those playing trumpet voluntary proceed to parade square, Sec1s please politely excuse yourself and proceed to the parade square

6.00-6.30: Debrief

6.30: Dismiss

2.50: Sec 1 winds set up chairs, Mr Lee is coming, the rest go out for sectionals

2.50-5.40: Sectionals

-Practice concert Dminor scale

(Shueh Yee will take on thurs during warmups)

-Go through national day pieces 

-Sectionals for Les Miserables

5.40-6.00: Combines for National Anthem 

6.00-6.30: Debrief

6.30: Dismiss

Hi band, 

Come at 7.30am.

Mrs chua will be coming at 8am.

We'll be running through national day programme in the hall and having sectionals for les miserables. Detailed timeline will be on band board tomorrow. Sorry for the late announcement. SLs please take note of the timeline on band board tomorrow! And we will be having lunch with Mrs Chua(for SLs) to discuss about spectrum, so if you cannot come, please inform any of the excos. You can also ask any of us for the details. 

Please be back punctually after break tomorrow.

Hi band!

(Only applies to those playing for big band)

3.00: Go band room set up

3.30: Go FM for combines

4.30: Shift up to hall

4.45: Rehearsal, then shift down back to FM (Bring along your clothes that you are wearing for the performance, they will check if it's appropriate!) 

When rehearsal finish, go for dinner+change clothes until 6.30pm. 

6.30-7.00: Rehearse once more, for final sound check 

7.00: Those with tickets go to hall, those without can stay in FM to rest and do homework

9.10-9.25: Those in hall go down and meet with the rest at FM to bring everything up backstage

9.28-9.30: Performance! 

9.31-9.45: Shift everything down to FM, then pack up

9.50-10.00: Dismiss

It will be a tiring day so please sleep earlier today! :-)

2.50pm: Sec 1 Brasses start setting up for combines (Mr lee is coming)

3pm: The rest have combines with Mr Chua

When combines end, big band people rehearse for Friday's performance while the rest start working in Les Miserables!

2.50: Sec1 woodwinds set up chairs, mr Lee is coming, the rest go for sectionals (don't play outside as there will be oral) practice actions 

5.00: Combines at FM on national day pieces

5.50: Pack up

Some sec 3s have oral tomorrow. Make full use of sectionals time and do not slack! Have a good rest and we will see you tomorrow :-)

Hi Band! 

Come at 7.30am. 

7:30: set up

8:00: move up to hall, assign people to help percussion and tuba, no chairs needed, after shifting, self warm up at hall.

Combines until 11:30 on national day perf pieces, we are confirmed to play 细水长流, please memorise! 

11:30-12:00: Move down and pack up (those people who are suppose to help percussion and tuba, please remember to help them) 

12:30: Dismiss.

2.50pm: Sec 1 brasses set up chairs in band rm, Mr Lee will be coming down around 3 to take you guys, if he finishes early, go for combines. The rest go for warm ups at FM.
3.00pm-5.50pm: Combines with Mr Chua on National Day pieces.
5.50pm: Pack up
6.00pm-6.30pm: Debrief
6.30pm Dismiss

3pm-4.30pm: Practice national anthem and I gotta feeling movements (Sec 1s set up in band room, Mr Lee will be coming at 3pm) *Librarians to pass set of band chorales to Mr Lee and Sec 1s 

4.30pm-6pm: Combines

Hi band! (:

Tomorrow we will be having practice in the hall. Here's the timeline:

730: set up
745-8: move up to the hall. Make sure that you have enough people to carry up your own section things. The rest should be helping percussion and tuba to shift up. SLs are to assign who is carrying what. Don't need to set up chairs.
After shifting: warm up in the hall
Combines until 1130
1130 to 12: move down and pack up
1230 Dismissed

Hi band! :)

Mr Chua will not be coming down on Thursday because of photo taking. Attire for photo taking:

Sec 1 and 2- full school uniform (including tie)
Sec 3 and 4- band uniform (including stockings-make sure they don't have holes and court shoes)

IMPORTANT: please don't forget to bring your ties or any other part of your uniform!

Sec 1 and 2: after lesson set up and warm up on your own first. Sectionals on national day songs (with actions) until 3.15pm. Sec 3's and 4's change after your lesson ends or at 3.15pm if you finish early.
4pm-4.20pm: Photo taking
4.20pm-4.30pm: sec 3 and 4 can change out
4.30pm-5.50pm: continue sectionals and we will be coming around to check on your actions

SL's: remember to collate band tee sizes from your section and remind our dearest Sec 4 seniors to bring their band uniform on Thursday as well (-: the uniform should be brought to school with a cover.
