Dear band

7.15-7.30am: set up and self warm up in FM (be in FM by 7.30am)
7.30-8am: section and band warm up in FM
8-12.30pm: combines on Aladdin, neverland, HMC and (if have time, pract ensemble, TBF)
after combines, place instruments in band room, at the sides so people can sit. Make sure they are safely put (no tripping over instruments!)
12.30-1pm: lunch (eat quickly)
1-1.45pm: briefing for instrument clean up and maintenance by QMs (after briefing take out all instruments and open cases to air them, take note of venues mentioned during the briefing)
1.45-4.30pm: Washing and cleaning of instruments (wash ALL instruments, even those not in use)
4.30-5pm: debrief and pack up

*bring essential equipment needed (e.g. microfiber cloth, dishwashing liquid, old t shirt)
*Nivey, Natasha and Lisa, collect lunch from Redhill at 12pm

8-1.30pm: combines on adventure tale of Neverland, carnival of melody, howls moving castle in FM
1.30-2pm: debrief and pack up
*section leaders, please lead your sections to do warm ups as both of us CMs are not in Singapore
*make sure you eat breakfast before coming for band
*you may bring a light snack to eat during break but please rinse your mouth
