12.30 - 4.30pm: combines on howl’s moving castle, tangled medley, la la land
4.30 - 5pm: pack up and debrief

be in the fm by 12pm! we have 2 pieces to sight read so don’t waste time, jia yous!

Percussion and saxophone ensemble please work on your pieces on your own, please try to find time to practice your ensemble pieces as well. Thank you

8-12pm: combines on HTTYD, Aladdin, The Greatest Showman with Mrs Chua in FM
12-12.30pm: debrief
* those going for PEC can leave and come back
*this is the last practice before those taking O level MTL have break until after 6 nov
*  * for Aladdin, we will be trying Paul Jenning’s arrangement instead of Johnnie Vinson’s so it’s is no longer flexiband, and will be more challenging but also more exciting! So in order to pull this off, we all have to work hard and make sure we can play all our pieces well. JIAYOUS! We really hope you do try your best to make this possible. Thank you!

19/10/19- Open house!

Dear band, please take note of this change for tomorrow's open house arrangements:

Our last performance ends at 11.50am. After our performance is over, *those who are not involved in manning the band booth will be dismissed from band at 12pm after a short debrief in the FM.* People who are required to stay back to assist in manning the booth include: Dayna, Xuan Tong, Andrea, Yvonne, Wafeeqa and Charmaine.

*Reminders*
1) Attire is 2019 band tee, school skirt, school shoes, school socks and single ponytail
2) Percussion helpers: *Sisipa (changed from Anushka)*, Ashley (Clarinets) and Durga
3) Tuba and Strings helpers: *Anushka (changed from Nasueha*) and Dayna
_Helpers, please be on task and for the rest of the band: just help whenever necessary!_
3) Those involved in manning other booths, remember to excuse yourselves *10 minutes before the starting time of the performance*. Please make arrangements for your sectionmate to set up your instrument if necessary in order to ensure the smooth flow of events.
4) Those manning the booths, *remember not to let anyone touch the instruments on display!*
5) Make sure there is a stand, instrument, and file in charge for all sections
