8/8/19 - NATIONAL DAY!!

Dear band

6.55-7am: people playing parade report to band room in 2019 band tee, dark plain pants, set up and warm up, move everything needed to parade square (perc instru and stands)
7-7.15am: be seated, standby for parade
7.15-7.45am: parade performance, watch Catherine
7.45-7.55am: move back to band room
8-8.30am: recess for ALL band members (sec 1s have recess too)
8.30-8.40am: run through of hall performance
8.40-8.45am: move up to hall (percussion instruments and 17 stands)
8.45-9am: set up in hall (put count on me Singapore boards off stage)
9-9.10am: get ready, in bohemian start position with instruments (school settling down)
9.15-9.25am: hall performance (watch Chloe, especially transition! Sec 1s put instru at the back area of hall)
9.25-9.30am: move out of stage (as quickly as possible, Sec 1s carry stands, seniors help to get sec 1s instruments
9.30-9.50am: move percussion instruments and stands back to FM
9.50-10am: pack up and debrief
10am: lock up
10-11am: go for remainder of National Day celebration

3-3.55pm: rehearsal at hall for national day hall performance
4-4.15pm: move down, bring back percussion instruments, set up in parade square, set up perc instru and stands, swivel chairs for tuba and double bass, everyone help
4(4.15 latest)-5.30pm: National Day parade square rehearsal with UG
5.30-6pm: debrief and pack up
